3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Comply with identity verification requirements as applicable

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chochocho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately suspended
• We will provide you with an export of your data for 30 days
• All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
